Enhancing a child’s confidence, drama, singing, and theatrical skills.

The Delta Academy of Performing Arts package takes place on a Friday evening or a Saturday morning for children aged 7+. Pupils take classes in Drama, Singing, and Dance, 1 hour per discipline. Pupils are given the option to take examinations in speech and drama following the Lamda Syllabus (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) and the National College of Music for Singing. We also offer a Mini Delta class on a Saturday morning for 4-6-year-olds teaching drama, singing, and dance. We pride ourselves on a high standard of teaching not only making the classes fun but achieving great results in exams and theatrical productions.

Yes, we have large parking bays around the front and the side of the building.

How much do the dance classes cost?

All dance classes at Delta Academy cost £7 each and are payable weekly before the start of the class.

How do I find out which studio the class I want to try is in?

If you’d like to try a class, please arrive a little bit earlier and head to the desk. Our staff will assist you in finding the studio for your chosen class.

Is there a uniform requirement for dance classes?

We do have a uniform available for purchase, but to start with, you can wear something comfortable like shorts or leggings that allow you to move freely. Remember to tie your hair up off the face and neck.

What is included in the Performing Arts Package?

The Performing Arts Package at Delta Academy includes singing, drama, and dance classes. These classes are run on three ten-week terms per year, with additional rehearsals in between for shows and other events.

How do I pay for the Performing Arts Package?

The Performing Arts Package is paid in advance, but we can arrange a split payment option if needed. Please speak to our staff for more information.

What should I wear for the Performing Arts Package?

For the Performing Arts Package classes, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing. We also sell official Delta hoodies, T-shirts, and tracksuits in our reception area.

Can I purchase Food/Drink?

Food and Drink can be purchased from the Happy Hedgehog Cafe.
